The problems of organic foaming agents are:

3. The released gas should be non-toxic, non-corrosive and non-flammable. Nitrogen is the best carbon dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide can also be tested, but nitrogen dioxide gas is corrosive, so it is best not to use it.
4. The chemical foaming agent should be easy to disperse and evenly, and the one that can be mixed with plastic is the best.

6. The decomposed residue should be non-toxic, colorless, odorless, and will not affect the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of the plastic, and be chemically inert, and will not affect the melting rate and solidification of the plastic.
7. It should not release a lot of heat during decomposition, and it will not affect the melting and solidification of plastics.
8. The decomposed residue has good compatibility with the resin, and no residue frosting or dialysis occurs.
9. The decomposition temperature of the foaming agent should be consistent with the melting temperature of the resin.
